This measure tool assesses individual employees and organizations for Complex Organizational Trauma (COT), which is a prolonged state of organizational dysfunction and chaos marked by ineffective operational responses, and explores the impact, consequences, and practice implications of COT within organizations. COT has four dimensions: (1) employee history, (2) work environment impact, (3) client history, and (4) organizational climate.
