Willard Smith is a 2003 graduate of Millersville University. He moved to Lancaster from the Pittsburgh area and now works in law enforcement. He talks about his experiences growing up in Pittsburgh, going to Catholic HS and Millersville, as well as living and working in Lancaster. When talking about crime, race relations and discrimination, he does not feel that Lancaster is any different than any other small city in the US. He does feel that Lancaster offers many opportunities for people of races and is a great place to live.
