Dr. Aaron C. Porter is Assistant Professor in the Sociology/Anthropology Department. He moved to Lancaster County in 2005. He talks about growing up in Philadelphia, attending Bloomsburg University and being the first in his family to earn a Ph.D. He also talks about the housing discrimination he faced when moving to Lancaster, as well as his perception of race relations and crime in Lancaster.
